At Zedarr, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a great customer experience. However, if something goes wrong with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Policy
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product (wrong design, wrong colour, or wrong item).
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-printed heat transfer stickers (as they are printed on order) unless damaged or incorrect.
- Opened or used vinyl rolls.
- Equipment or accessories that show signs of use.
- Clearance or sale items.
Important: You must initiate the return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@zedarr.com or WhatsApp at +916281705931 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging showing the issue.
Once your request is verified, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), we will arrange for return shipping or reimburse your shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (only applicable in accepted cases), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- The refund will be made to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
Please Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In the case of partial returns or returns from combo offers, refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, you must initiate a return first. Once processed, you can place a new order.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for printing or shipping.
- Once your order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
- Ready-to-print custom heat transfer stickers.
- Opened or used vinyl rolls.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Any product showing signs of use or tampering.
