- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-metro cities & rural areas: 4–8 business days

5️⃣ Do you offer free shipping?
→ Yes! We offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders — if eligible, it will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.
6️⃣ Do you ship outside India?
→ Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available yet.
7️⃣ What happens if my order is delayed?
→ We always strive to deliver on time. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@zedarr.com or on WhatsApp — we will check with the courier and update you.
8️⃣ What if my package arrives damaged?
→ Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will investigate and resolve it by replacement or refund, as applicable.
9️⃣ What if my package is lost?
→ In rare cases where a package is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate.
Resolution time may take 7–10 working days. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
10️⃣ Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
→ If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us to request a change.
Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.
